Sleeving
Our steam sleeving application line has the capability to apply high quality sleeve materials to a range of containers from 20ml shot bottles up to 1 litre Spirit bottles in glass / plastic / cans / empty / filled stock.
Printing
We are capable of organic, ceramic and TP inks processing. All our machines have registration capability making us very capable of multi colour printing to tight registration specifications. We also have U.V printing capability, ideal for plastic containers!
Spray Coating
We can conventionally apply spray coatings on containers ranging from 5ml nail varnish bottles up to 1 litre spirit bottles and every shape and size in between.
High gloss metallic finishes, vignettes and special effects are also possible with this technique.
Badging
Purpose designed badge application line for premium spirit bottles. Add another level of premium branding with a 3D badge, giving your brand and bottle the edge. Available to be fitted to a wide range of bottle sizes and shapes, to meet your requirements.
Contract Packing
Depack, repack, recovery services and stock recovery processing for food and drink products. We can handle large quantities of product, allowing us to swiftly and effectively repackage or rebrand products – helping you recover lost revenue.
Decals and Transfers
Premium spirits and high value cosmetic products decals and transfers are within our processing capability with our very experienced workforce. This technique provides a premium, high-end look and feel.
Laser Engraving
We now offer a comprehensive laser engraving service covering laser nucleation in beer, wine, champagne and spirits glasses. Surface engraving and CE Marking (European Conformity Marking) is also available.
Product Recovery
Our team can carry out filled product recovery operations such as delabelling and relabelling, debadging and rebadging, depacking and repacking – whichever suits your situation.
